Sunday June 29

Last night we had Abbie (second from right) and Ellie (far right) from church (school too) sleep over. Actually it started out being both of them, but Abbie went home at 9:30 b/c she had a headache and missed her mom. The kids were playing with water balloons for awhile first.

This morning we had the pleasure of having Jerrod, Lindsey, Joshua and Savannah come to Oxboro :-) I entertained Joshua during the service so Jerrod and Lindsey could sit non interrupted..........well as non interrupted as you can get with having a 3 week old there too. Joshua and I walked all over the church and said hi to peoplehe has never met, and some he hadn't seen since the picnic last summer.
Also today, Nicholas ate some grapes!!! WOW!!! Right now we are all just hanging out waiting for bedtime, since the girls were up at 6:30 this morning. Oy.

Church Picnic

Concentrating during her beanbag game :-)

Go Wayne!! Frisbee Golf rules!!!
Thirsty?
Marilyn and I were ignoring mom because she was going to bring her chairs home. We like those chairs.
Bee under Wayne's nose.
Pretty girl :-)

Welcome!!!

This is my first blog on here....I actually have a blog on Myspace, but since I don't expect my mom or grandma to have a myspace, I figured I would set up something everyone can enjoy, and I can post pictures on rather than having to email them fifty times. So here's a little update:

Bill and I got back together at the end of March. Things have been up and down (which are to be expected) and lately have been doing really well. Keep praying.

Emily is playing baseball, and has the ability to be a great player once she stands still and focuses for longer than 45 seconds. We need to get out and practice with her more. She will be starting 2nd grade in the fall, and her best friend Abbie is in her class. Abbie's mom is my good friend Jenni, we all go to same church so we see each other all the time.

I was playing softball with Riverside Church (the church Jerrod and Lindsey attend) until I sprained my ankle mid May. Sigh. No more ball for me this year.

Nicholas was diagnosed at the beginning of June as being on the Autism Spectrum......I'm pretty sure they are 'labeling' him as Aspergers. He will be getting extra help next year in school....he will be in 4th grade. Yikes where does the time go??

Jacob has started talking!!! For those of you who haven't heard him yet, he sounds as though he is from Boston when he says certain things like park, and car ;-) His new one is "Supah Tahget!!" (supertarget) hehe He repeats EVERYTHING, and is also reading!! He will start Kindergarten in the fall at Olson. The other kids go to Oak Grove, but there isn't room in the Autism program for him, and they are starting a new class at Olson. Kinda stresses me out, but I know he will be fine.

My nephew Joshua (who I call Scooter and probably will for a long time) had his trach out on May 20th (which coincidentally is the day I hurt myself). He is doing great. He has a new baby sister, Savannah who is SO cute. I *will take pics of her soon, I promise!!
