A day outside

I had the bright idea today to take the kids to feed the geese. There is a pond on the corner of 86th and Penn in Bloomington, so I figured that would be fun. Yeah not so much. We got there, and started throwing bread. Pretty soon Emily ran away screaming, Nick wouldn't go 5 feet away from the car, and Jacob just stood there squealing saying "No birds! No birds!" It didn't take but 5 minutes for the 3 of them to cower in the car. Well live and learn I guess right? We left after a few and went to the park.

She's all done.

Fine, I'll feed them myself!

hey girl heeyyyyyy

It was bright out, not a cloud in the sky.

I don't know WHERE he gets these picture taking faces from...... ha ha!!

Whoever said families aren't crazy.............

.....hasn't met mine!!!  We had our Fish Family Easter yesterday, and like usual, had a blast!!   (I'm thinking there's something wrong with Brenda's camera though, we weren't all pink at Thanksgiving, heh)  We ate, took pictures, and played Apples to Apples. Oh and chased some kids around.  I decided to start with the most normal looking picture, Lindsey and Brenda.
Jake utilizing Grandma's walker thingie
This is normal for Jerrod
Me and Lauren. I have no idea what happened to my eye by the way....I *did fall and bash it on the ledge at Jerrod and Lindsey's, but this scrape showed up about 4 days later.  Hmm.
Woot!
Nick......who looks like he needs to brush his teeth.
Brenda and Craig
We loves our banana bread!!!

Uncle Bill and Aunt Carol
Wayne and Emily
Grandpa and Craig in the background, Meri Ann, mom and Wayne
Tony and Katrina
Brenda and Scooter
Grandma and Savannah
Scooter with the Thomas trains
At first I thought Brenda was more than a little crazy for taking a picture of the place setting, then she captioned it and said Jacob was doing his salt of the earth thing for the prayer.  He was dumping salt all over while Grandpa was praying. Oops.
Savs and Jerrod
hot chicks again
Emily and "Banana" as we call her :o)
Me, Scooter, and Lauren

Nick's field trip

Ok I have to say first of all that I can't move these pics right now and this being out of order stuff is wigging me out. ANYWAY, we went to the Wells Fargo Museum downtown (never knew it existed) and had a good time This is Nick and his friend Emily (her mom is my friend Jenni)
We all wanted this money

We got to "ride" in this stagecoach.  The tour guide moved it up and down for us

Hockey day at the Excel

This was a great experience for the girls. They got to have a little scrimmage in between periods of one of the girls games in the tourney.  Emily was SO excited. Half the team wore red and the other half wore white.

Emily was being a trip, she was pushing her pads up and it looked like she had no neck ;-)
Oh look, I must be texting.....shocking

yay emily!

2nd white jersey from the right :o)

HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY JACOB!

Yes you read the right, my baby is six.  Where does the time go?  It's also been AGES since I have posted because we switched internet, and it only took forever to get started again.  Anyway, we had Jake's party tonight at a hotel in Chanhassen where my mom won a pool party.  It was a blast!!!  We invited Jerrod, Lindsey, Scooter and Banana (joshua and savannah) and my friend Jenni and her girls.  My mom only got a few photos but I will post them soon.  We had pizza and cake and swam for a long time. I am exhausted!
