First day of MEA week

After I got woke up at 7:20 this morning (so much for sleeping in!) and we had breakfast and played and watched some shows, I dug some paints out of the cupboard for the kids. Of course Emily had to take a pic with Rosie ..... this poor cat is so neglected ;-)

Here's hoping we figure out more stuff to do tomorrow and Friday!! Maybe the mall, or the park, or even Como Zoo. Anyone wanna join us? Anyone? Bueller?

I would have loved to join you, but of course we are going out of town to my parents. Your kitty is adorable. I am surprised that your kids didn't have school today either.

Wow Rosie is BIG! She's such a pretty cat. I wish we could join you but I have declared MEA to be Cleaning The Basement week at our house. We are tossing stuff, re-organizing stuff and moving my scrapbook stuff down there. Lots of work but I can't wait to see the finished product.
